_{Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.}

_{Do NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot AND requested you to send me the payment.}

_{Extra fees will be applied for commercial use.}

_{I will start commission once payment is received.}

_{I will send a WIP of the finished sketch to make any changes and finalize design. Any changes after this will come with an extra fee depending on complexity.}

_{If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.}

_{Usual completion time may take from a week up to a month, depending on place in queue, payments, and communication time.}

_{Finished work will be sent once full payment is received.}

_{Promote myself for advertising purposes.}

_{Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.}

_{Use as examples to others, with the watermark attached.}

_{Claim the rights to their character, background, etc., but not the drawing itself.}

_{Share/repost commissioned artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artist.}

_{Request that their art piece not be displayed on the other platforms by the artist. You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this to apply.}

_{Use commissioned artwork for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon by the Artist and Client.}

_{Claim the artwork as yours.}

_{Remove my watermark/signature.}

_{Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in anyways unless discussed and agreed upon by the Artist and Client.}

_{Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.}

_{Reproduce the work commercially unless discussed and agreed upon by the Artist and Client.}

_{No refunds after I have started your commission.}

_{If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.}

_{If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will receive a full refund.}
